Welcome to our accomodation

We will be looking forward to receiving you in our greeting room; and we will be glad to have you stay in one of our five rooms or our apartment.
Every room has satellite TV, air conditioning, and private bath.

If you wish you may choose to relax or visit with our other guest in our spacious common room, or read a good book on the comfortable chairs of the upstairs balcony. After an enjoyable day of site seeing you may love an evening spent learning classic Italian card games or drink one of our many different chamomile teas before retiring to your room for your nightly repose.

Our structure is an old colonic farm house built in the middle of the 18th century, around 1750, and has always been part of the property of the Villa Baldan-Mario, the family’s country estate. During the reconstruction, care was taken to respect the original architectural characteristics of the future bed and breakfast accomodation. Recycled woods from the farm such as elm, poplar and cherry, were utilized in the building process for the doors and windows, as well as together with oak in the construction of the steps in the entrance room. Furthermore, after in-depth research, and because we were interested in using a bio-renewable resource, we choose to adopt a furnace for the farmhouse that functions with corn grown on our farm.

We invite you to come to our relaxing corner of the world where everything is close at hand. You may like to take a walk along the carriageways of our farm and country roads, or stroll along the levy of the Ceresone River that runs along side our property. You may wish to take advantage of the many “Trattorie”, local open air markets, and the possibility to visit Padova or Vicenza, nearby cities where you may taste typical culinary or expierence cultural specialties of the area, or you might even wish to go further to Verona, Venezia or Treviso which are less than 45 minutes away.
